I am really pleased with a very professional service. I found the advice given really helpful. I was stressed that my new home had rising damp due to some less than honest quotes and advice from other companies. I appreciated an independent survey from a very knowledgeable building surveyor, (AJ).
I engaged Alpine to conduct a low level DPC survey which confirmed that the this level was to low and provided a solution for remedial action on my new build house which has been sent to the developers to resolve. I found Alpine very professional from start to finish and very easy to liaise with especially Becky and Sandra in the office and Ajmal the surveyor who arrived was punctual polite and did an excellent survey.
Great service from start to finish of process. Found company by chance on google search. Highly recommend this company , surveyor who arrived to undertake my damp survey was polite, courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease straightaway. Needed a damp survey quickly to complete on a house sale. Alpine were very helpful by finding me a slot within one week and turning the report around by the next day. The surveyor was polite, thorough and understanding of the issues and used sophisticated damp-measuring equipment the technical details of which were explained well. Very thorough and professional team, two men came to the house and were very polite. They wore full PPE in the house throughout the survey and covered every inch with a fine tooth comb, they assessed inside and outside, they were clean, and efficient and they they were even considerate of my very nervous cat. They explained everything as they went along and spoke in a manner I could follow without being condescending. Would highly recommend them!
Damp assessment survey was undertaken with Alpine, due to discovery of penetrative damp issue at my property . I have received various free quotes from other companies who were all trying to sell DPC course which I was never sure, if injecting chemical would resolve the root cause of the problem.
I spoke to Sarah from the company to get an assessment survey booked and I must say the whole team was professional from start to finish . Surveyor AJ arrived on time and carried out the assessment spending long time investigating and exploring the potential cause and the use of thermal imaging seemed to highlight the source more precisely.
