Customer Feedback

This is the first time I used Alpine Surveys. I am very pleased with their service. Very thorough survey, excellent customer service, knowledgeable surveyor and very detailed report. Definitely recommend Alpine Surveys.
I chair a Poole residential block Manco and called in Alpine to settle the source of a water ingress issue impacting one flat and potentially sourced from another two. Alpine's surveyor carefully and diplomatically navigated the local politics, pinpointed a range of issues and came up with an actionable report in plain English that has been accepted by all parties. Alpine's independence, professionalism and precision were highly valued. In particular, I would like to thank Sarah for her flexibility and pragmatism in helping me get a satisfactory outcome in lockdown. She is a great ambassador for the brand
The survey was completed in a tenanted property. The tenants had to delay the job due to self isolation and the Alpine changed the date without complaint or hesitation. On the day of the survey, the team that arrived was was polite, efficient and thorough and the tenants were very pleased. The final report was well presented and detailed. Well worth the reasonable fee paid. I can highly recommend this company. On another note, the communication with the office has been brilliant! Very friendly, personable and efficient.
Service was excellent from start to finish.. The admin team were helpful and responsive and the surveyors were professional and knowledgeable. We received a thorough explanation of the damp issues and the potential solutions - both on the day and in the comprehensive report which followed. We have no hesitation is recommending this company.
We had a damp survey on our 1780's cottage in Dorset. The team were on site for 4 hours and were incredibly detailed in their inspection and explained stuff they found as they went through. The report is incredibly detailed which is really helpful for briefing builders for quotes for repair works.
Mark is a surveyor who specialises in diagnosing the cause of damp in period properties. I was having a property surveyed which had a few damp issues, it was 1900 built victorian property. If it wasn't for his survey specifying what remedial works needed to be carried out I wouldn't have purchased the property. He also gave me an idea of what it would cost to carry out the remedial works. If you are purchasing a period property with damp issues or any property with damp issues I would highly recommend Mark, he is an expert in his field. He also recommends the correct traditional remedial work.
From my initial phone call enquiry, to the actual day of the damp survey and then some follow-up advice to some questions I had after receiving the report, Alpine Surveys provide a complete professional service. Mark knows his stuff for sure, a true damp detective who has a wealth of knowledge in this field. We learnt a lot during the survey, Mark explained things clearly as he was carrying out his investigation. He gets to the route of the damp issue rather than trying to recommend a short term fix such as wall injections or installing membranes that don't allow the walls to breathe.
We are currently in the process of a house purchase, with numerous damp and structural issues. The services offered by Alpine Damp were much more attractive vs. An intrusive damp survey, as they have state of the art equipment to detect any damp/rot issues. Despite a very busy environment at the moment, a very detailed and thorough report was turned over within 48h . Overall, very happy with the quality of the report and turnover time, the team were very knowledgeable and happy to explain and answer all questions we had.
